This privacy policy describes how Viktor Jovanoski s.p. (the controller) processes personal data when you use the website najem-supa.si (the website).

2. What data we collect
When you submit the reservation form we collect:
- full name,
- email address,
- phone number,
- number of boards,
- rental dates (from – to),
- optional message.
We do not collect this data unless you actively submit the form.
3. Purpose of processing
We process personal data to:
- process and confirm your reservation,
- communicate about pickup and return times,
- comply with legal obligations.
The legal basis is taking steps at your request prior to entering into a contract (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)) and the controller’s legitimate interest (GDPR Article 6(1)(f)).
4. Processors and data transfers
Form data is sent via Web3Forms so messages reach our email address. Web3Forms may process data on servers outside the EU; transfers are covered by appropriate contractual safeguards.
To protect the form against abuse we use hCaptcha (Intuition Machines, Inc.), which may collect technical data about your interaction with the website.
5. Cookies and analytics
The website uses cookies for:
- Google Analytics — website traffic analysis (visits, pages, device). Analytics loads only after you consent via the cookie notice.
- Consent storage — locally storing your cookie choice (localStorage).

6. Data retention
We keep reservation data only as long as needed to fulfil the rental and meet legal obligations, then delete it securely.
7. Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to:
- access your personal data,
- rectify inaccurate data,
- erasure (“right to be forgotten”),
- restriction of processing,
- data portability,
- object to processing,
- lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner of the Republic of Slovenia.

8. Security
We protect data with appropriate technical and organisational measures. Data transmitted over the internet uses encrypted connections (HTTPS).
9. Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The updated version will be published on this page with the date of the last change.
