Rental terms

These terms apply to SUP equipment rental from Viktor Jovanoski s.p. (Najem SUP-a), Alešovčeva 12, 1000 Ljubljana. By submitting a reservation and picking up the equipment you confirm that you have read and accept them.
1. What is included
The rental includes an inflatable SUP board, an adjustable-length paddle, a pump and a fin. A safety leash and dry bag are subject to availability. We assign a board according to your weight and availability (board 1: up to 150 kg; board 2: up to 130 kg).
2. Prices and payment
- daily rental: €10 per day,
- weekly package: €50 per week,
- deposit: €50 per board — returned when the equipment is returned, if there is no damage, loss or cleaning charge.
You pay the rental fee and deposit in cash at pickup.
3. Pickup and return
Pickup and return are at Alešovčeva 12 in Ljubljana, by prior appointment. Return the equipment at the agreed time, packed and ready to hand over.
4. Who can rent
- a valid personal ID (identity card or passport) is required at pickup,
- rentals are available from age 18, or when accompanied by an adult,
- your weight must be within the capacity of the assigned board.
5. Cleaning on return
Return the equipment clean. If the board (or other equipment) is dirty on return, we charge €30 for cleaning. This amount may be taken from the deposit or charged in addition.
6. Damage and lost equipment
We charge you for any damage to or loss of equipment (board, paddle, pump, fin, leash, dry bag or any other rented item). The amount depends on the damage or the replacement value. We may keep the deposit; if the cost exceeds the deposit, you pay the difference.
7. Use at your own risk
You use the board at your own risk. We are not liable for injuries, accidents or damage that occur while using the SUP board on water or while transporting the equipment. We recommend basic swimming skills, using a life jacket, and respecting weather and water conditions.
8. Reservation
Reservations are made via the website form. Confirmation is sent by email. Submitting the form is a request for a slot, not an automatic confirmation.

10. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page when you submit a reservation applies.
